I’ve been doing Crossfit for a little while now and the workouts are grueling! They are high intensity, fast-paced, and absolutely brutal exercises! Give them a shot.. I will start posting the W.O.D., or Workout of the Day on this blog occasionally. Get after it! Here’s today’s workout:
15 Dumbbell burpee box-overs, 50 pounds, 24″ box
315 pound Deadlift, 15 reps
205 pound Overhead squat, 15 reps
