About Me

I’m Justin. I’m an 19 year old dude from Colorado Springs, CO who plays college baseball, snowboards, surfs, wakeboards, and is a car enthusiast.

No, I’m not a professional baseball player or personal trainer.. but my dad was! Some of you have probably seen him in different products or heard about him in one way or another online. The short story: He played professional baseball with the St. Louis Cardinals for 2 years before re-injuring his shoulder in spring training, which caused him to retire. (Surgery back then was fatal to an athlete’s career.)

My Story

I was born in Marinette, Wisconsin. I lived in Sheboygan for about seven years, then I moved to Colorado when my dad got a promotion for his work. (By the way, he sells medicine to veterinarians now and coached my high school football team my junior and senior year!)

I was a two-sport athlete in high school and I started on varsity since my sophomore year in both football and baseball. Fast forwarding a few years, I am now a sophomore in college at the time of me writing this! I went to a private school in Wisconsin my freshman year and then transferred to a Division II university in Colorado. That’s where I’m at now and I’m living the college-athlete lifestyle!

So Why the Baseball Fitness Tips Site?

With this website, I want to be as transparent as possible with everything I do for baseball. My own personal successes and failures, my strategies and my tips – it’s all out there for you to see. I’m not trying to show off my success – that’s definitely not my purpose.  If you’re an athlete in any sport, I hope that my experiences – both my wins and my failures – can help you reach your goals.

If you’re not even playing sports currently but thinking about it, you can see what it’s like, see what’s involved and make decisions on your own.

Please feel free to subscribe to my newsletter below and get exclusive baseball strategies – from fitness, fundamentals, and how to get recruited – that you cannot find here on my site, as well as free access to my eBook, The Essential Report, which has been downloaded over 900 times!

And finally, please read this carefully:

I don’t consider myself a guru or professional, my techniques are not secrets and the kinds of things I teach are not “get great quick” – far from it actually.

Thank you for taking the time to read this, and I hope to see you on the website sometime soon!
